Hello I am working on a Marketing plan with my Classmates we are Team 1 Catering

I have divided the responsibilities of the project as follows:

Team member #1 does Marketing Plan Summary Pgs. 3-4 (The business, future, market, finances)

Team member #2 does The Business Pgs. 4-5 (Business overview, SWOT analysis, SWOT activity sheet, prod/services, Sales/marketing personnel)

Team member #3 does The Future Pgs. 7 (Vision stmt, mission stmt, goals/obj`s) & The Finances Pgs. 14-16 (Price, expected sales, budget, monitor)

Team member #4 does The Market Pgs. 8-11 (selling position, customers, competition, market research, market target, environment analysis, market strat, sales & advertising activities).

Team member #5 does the powerpoint presentation for the final presentation.

Remember this is a collaborative project, meaning that each team member is connected...the success of the team is dependent upon its member and the success of the members are dependent upon the team.
