I'm looking for support and directions to start my Persuasive Essay. Topic is "Make a case for or against outsourcing employee training to another organization instead of offering it in house". Paper length: 5-7 pages.

What "at least 4 aspects of persuasion" would you identify?

The objective of this type of essay is to try to persuade your audience toward your point of view or to take a specific action by using logic and reason to sway them to accept your recommendation and point of view. In business, we often want to persuade others to take a recommended action that we believe is the best alternative.
