I'm trying to study for my intro to organic chemistry class and I am currently on a NMR problem .

Well I'm alittle iffy on NMR like I know that the you observe the chemical structure and this determines if you a singlet,doublet. What I currently think is maybe Ha is a triplet, Hb a quartet and Hc a doublet , yet I am not sure . Also I do not know what the top numbers that appear on top of the peaks represent I think they might be integrals idk. Please help. I really need a detail response. , triplet and so fourth and
