I need to decide between a histogram or bar char for a study on family size. The data shows family sizes of 1-6. I understand that a histogram shows distribution of data while bar charts show a comparison of data, but I am still not sure which to use. The categories of the entire study are Income, Family size, Housing expenditures, Food expenditures, and marital status.
