If you look back at my post in the previous unit, you may notice that I've decided to change my topic. Instead of pursuing the problem in my work place as far as compensation, I've decided to look at a wonderful movement happening in my community that I feel should expand further than it has. That would be the "My Possibilities" college opened recently in Plano, TX. This college provides a higher education for students with special needs so that they may obtain more than just a high school degree!
