Hello Tutors can you please help me to understand how to resolve the following statistical problem? very much appriciate if you would include the minitab steps to explain the answe:

• A university expects to receive 1100 students this year. An analysis of the last 6 years indicates that an average of 998 students per year has been received, with a population standard deviation of 144.4. Can we say that the average number of students is below 1100 students? Use a level of significance α = 0.05
