In my opinion I think that coffee shops are a great places to do outside work and having wifi it will make it easier, for customer to do or send work in they phone or computer, and also coffee shops thats provide wifi also give a more calm space for people to concentrate while they working online.

Everyone will love to be in a place where they can have access to wifi. The disponibility of wifi on places like coffee shops, where you go and get access to wifi, can bring you a lot of relief, since you can work on you break from work or finish a work online that need to be done and you may not have enough time to go home and finished, that is when a spot that provide wifi is a great thing to consider.

Furthermore places where people can get access to wifi can be a big helps for them. In conclusion I think that not providing wifi to customer with the intention of promoting more social interaction, will not help them in becoming more sociable, indeed it will hurt them because they will have to struggle more in doing outside work
