help with a law paper

 I need help with ideas on writting a 1200-word paper that shows how a special needs group like a deaf person would be assured to recieve  defendant's rights at trial,  during the pretrial process and, jury selection this paper must show how to insure this defendant is provided the rights to a speedy trial, impartial judge, and an impartial jury.
