     Can you develop a 10-15 page (not including title and reference pages) APA formatted paper by 4/16/17? The paper should focus on human resource strategies used to attract, employ, and maintain physician employees working within American healthcare organizations. Major themes include: (1) considering ways in which physician employment issues differs from other forms of skilled labor, (2) attracting physician talent to work in both large health systems and smaller physician-led, private practices, (3) comparing physician employment within a large health system versus physician employment in smaller physician-led, private practices, (4) comparing physician employment in rural areas versus physician employment in urban areas, and (5) finding ways to reduce physician turnover within healthcare organizations. Special emphasis should be placed on (a) the physician shortage in America and (b) the challenges associated in employing various types of physicians (MD/DO/MBBS, dentist, chiropractor, optometrist, and podiatrist).
