Thank you so much for all the help.  I have one last assignment, and it's due tonight.  Do you think you can complete it by the deadline?

Create a GUI with a panel, 3 labels, 2 textboxes,  2 buttons  and  a  picture box.

It must be done in C++ using Visual Studio 2012.
