Secondly, the author describes that the world may fail to achieve this vision due to the low funds, which provide for the development of education. Thirdly, Hugh Evans explains that the most effective way to eliminate poverty in Africa is to invest in education.

Finally, the author states that the US government should chip in and provide more funds in order to support education. Despite the belief that the universal education project will not succeed by 2015, I think more contribution from the United States could help in education thus eradicating poverty.Increased fund contribution by the United States to the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) will see a greater change in education. If America decided to increase its contributions to the GPE, the money would help in developing the education sector in Africa.
