From the preceding few years, the company focused on changing its product design to gain more customer attention. In its long journey, H-D faced numerous difficulties in terms of finance. This can be justified with reference to the fact that the company experienced a tremendous fall in market share due to the reason of having certain problems with one of its Japanese manufacturer.
