Hi I am trying to find an analysis of Albert Ellis' REBT approach used in the Gloria tapes for my counseling theories and methods class.

Specifically my question is in regards to how well this particular approach (from youtube video - part 3 of the gloria tapes) seemed to help or hinder Gloria's ability to understand or resolve her own problems. Is this something you can assist with?
