I applied for to study MS in Health department but they didn't accept me because of my GPA. They told me that I can write an appeal and send it to them and that what they said

 "After reevaluating your transcript, we cannot admit you to our MS in Health program.  We require a 3.0 in your major and your grades average lower than that.  You can appeal this to the graduate college but they set the minimum score. We generally recommend a student retake those  courses with grades lower than a B to bring up their GPA."
