Hi. I have an assignment about the thermodynamics of drug + protein binding. I am given a table of fraction bound (theta) values at varying drug concentrations, with each concentration given its theta value at 3 different temperatures. If I am to calculate the dissociation constant Kd at a certain temperature, at which drug concentration should I calculate this for? I've worked out Kd to be     Kd=([D] - [D](theta)) / (theta)  however, when I plug in the values for different concentrations, I get varying Kd values. Which concentration should I be using to calculate the true Kd value?
