Hi, I need help with essay on Ethical Dilema Case 4. Paper must be at least 1000 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

As per the situation created in the case, it would be logically wrong to treat the child as an adult when he is clearly a minor and could not have been a party to a crime unless someone forced him too. A boy who is in early teen is not capable of doing a ruthless attack. I, as a lawyer, would not approve of him being treated the same as the adult criminals. His case should be tried in the juvenile court as the child is young. If he is kept in good company and given close supervision so that he does not revert back to crime, then there is a chance that he will turn out to be a good and law-abiding citizen.

On the other hand, if the young perpetrator’s case is tried in the adult court then there is a chance that he will be sent to a prison facility for adults where there is a chance that he may not get a chance to mend his way and might resort to more criminal activities. It will only influence him in the wrong way: that is, he might become violent himself and might develop a tendency to commit crimes or indulge in other unlawful activities. If anything of this sort happened then the justice system of the entire country or state should be questionable. This requires that the young perpetrator be treated as required by the law and no exception should
