Hi, I need help with essay on Modernism as a Reaction to the Destruction. Paper must be at least 750 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

The research paper "Modernism as a Reaction to the Destruction" highlights the modernistic authors and their novels. The first modernist characteristic in the novel “My Antonia” is the structure that is more like several anecdotes or episodes and there is no central plot at all. There are, however, several conflicts arising from various themes like Jim's attitude toward Antonia or the problems of the immigrants in the West. Second, the development of characters is filled with detailed and complex characterizations that give it another modernist element. Third is the passing of time that is evident in the episodic chapters of Jim's life. Frost's “The Road Not Taken” as one of the poem in the modern literature era that moves me. It represents the passing of time and the development of the speaker's desire to break free. It gives the feeling that even though readers will never learn whether the choice the speaker made is beneficial for him or her, we know that the choice was made bravely, norms notwithstanding. This is very personal and moving for me. In the last few lines. “My Antonia” is narrated through the eyes of Jim Burden to effectively break away from the stereotypes of males and females. Females are active and strong while males are passive and weak in the story.. Told through the eyes of a male during the period when this is not the usual standard, it gives the story a more “credible” touch since it is told through a male's viewpoint. It blurs the gender barrier so impressively.
