I would like to pursue my studies at the above mentioned institution since I believe that it demands quality and consistency. This will also shape my academic as well as professional career such that I can meaningfully contribute to the society upon completion of the studies.

There are certain qualities expected of the leader and some of them are acquired through extensive research about the behaviour of human beings. Psychologically, all human beings have opinions that differ from each other. However, this complex nature of human behaviour does not necessarily mean that they cannot be influenced and motivated towards the attainment of the same goal. It only requires good understanding of the needs of members in the organization in particular in order to influence them pull their efforts towards the attainment of the desired goals. It is my conviction that I will use the knowledge I will gain from my studies to conduct research that is meant to generate deeper understanding of the complex nature of the behaviour of human beings so as to be able to positively influence them to work towards the improvement of their societies and welfare.

I strongly believe that my current leadership position will enable me to put into practice the concepts and principles that I hope to learn in this program. Already, I have experienced different leadership scenarios in my career and have realized that some of them are quite complex though they appear simple on the surface. There are certain aspects that require a deeper understanding of human behaviour in order to solve them. I have realised that aspects related to human relations are quite complex and they require more knowledge in this area in order to be in a position to effectively solve the problems that you may encounter. I have also observed that a holistic approach is required when attempting to solve problems such as conflicts among different members in the organization.
