The study was examined in order to find out the influence of sex, work, work stress and health related behaviors among the employees of the College. From the hypothesis one it could be assumed that there would be significant differences in the levels of job stress and related behaviors between the higher qualifications and lower qualifications was confirmed. The pattern of the result found that the upper and middle level staffs are found to report higher job stress and having more negative attitudes with more health disorders. In case of relation between health related behaviors, there were also quite significant differences among the items measures between the health behaviors between the upper and lower employees based on the qualification.
