Therefore, the method focuses on using tactics to enable the learners change their knowledge, perception and attitude about the items that they study (Training and Development, 2007). Notably, the method is also used through lectures in a class, work-place and in the field (Clark, 2008). Through lectures, the instructor would inculcate deep understanding of the concepts by changing their perception towards the concepts.

In this method, the instructor might divide the class into discussion groups, where the members freely participate in understanding the concepts through the assistance of their colleagues (Clark, 2008).
