” According to him, a person who lives on medicine and machines is also going against the nature as he is living more than what is planned for him by nature. But Suicide is looked down upon while the idea of living against the wishes of nature is not considered repulsive by the society. “Life can be prolonged by science far beyond meaning or sensibility.” The life becomes only a burden when the person has to depend on others for everything. Further, he posits that “Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live.
