Since cancer doesn’t allow any kind of discrimination and has no boundaries, it is important for organization to ensure that it has appropriate mix of employees belonging to various ethnic groups and races so that they can serve every patient well. Every year, more than 1.4 million Americans are diagnosed with cancer and they belong to various culture, ethnic groups, and race and have even conceivable background of cancer.
