My experience in business involves the selling of Auto Spares. I once owned an auto spare shop and I have learned a number of things that be thought of while dealing with Auto Spares. Firstly, the knowledge of the spares is important, as it is important to have knowledge of the spares as well as knowing exactly where they fit in the car. This is because some of the customers, especially women are sometimes not aware of where to fix some spares and they might need help. Secondly, competition should be looked into especially when it comes to pricing. The prices should be competitive, as this will attract customers. Thirdly, the shop should be near the target market and the position should be strategic as it is impossible to make sales in an area where the services are not needed.

Apart from making sales and profits, it is the responsibility of any business to practice Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. CSR is simply giving back to the society. Companies have power in the community and national economy and they devote time and resources to environmental sustainability programs and other social welfare activities to benefit the customers, workforce, and the community at large.&nbsp.
