The law is not supposed to consider any racial or sexist difference. every citizen has a blind belief on their law of the supreme court that they will get equal rights and justice but according to the reading this is not always the scenario because injustices and unequal rights has been experienced by people of different races. The reading is about the deep study of equality law. It tells about how the court can play different roles in equality conflicts.
