Two typical fashion blogs that exemplify these characteristics are the fashion blogs for “Planet Blue” and “Sea of Shoes” which are written by a combination of two or more fashion designers perspectives. Therefore, these two fashion blogs are a reflection of two different parts of the public and private fashion spheres exposed through the style of clothing, the style of photography and of course, the cost of the clothing. The private and public fashion spheres exposed by the fashion style are important as a statement of fact about the blogs but it doesn’t suggest an important point about society. The theme used in Planet Blue is a combination of models dressed as Bohemian gypsies and exposed in their private’s spheres, unaware of their surroundings, not a single care in the world. This sentiment is exhibited in their posing, style of clothing, physical features and expensive items adorned. It has an aspect of individuality. embracing one’s own personality and expressing it through their fashion choices. Bohemian style has the aspect of sincerity to one self. for instance, you may not have any clue of someone who puts on feathery layered skirts, what matters is that you love to. More specifically, Bohemian style is a trend with specific looks to follow but in essence it’s following one’s inspirations. On the other hand of the fashion industry is Maximalism. Sea of Shoes brings out Maximalism as a fashion trend in which a lot of decorations, jewelry, patterns, and accessories are used to create a fancy, but chic outfit. Maximalism is a trend created very recently by Hollywood stars and designers. Fashion lovers everywhere are favoring the maximalist fashion trend.
