Hi, the case study #12 of Asthma in the patho book by Bruyere these two questions I am having trouble finding the pathophysiology reason behind these questions:

1. Why does the skin become clammy in a patient who has an asthma attack of is in resp alkalosis?
2. Identify three major factors that have likely contributed to the development of asthma in this patient? The three factors I have identified are Age/Gender, Prematurity, and family history of allergies.
