I am writing my Marketing Research report. I need help with my literature review part. Basically, I already collected main ideas and paste them in the paper. Now I need a hand in paraphrasing them to make it a good quality literature review. After that, please write the conclusion for all the findings and ideas mentions in this part.

I have attached my entire work, the yellow highlight part is the one you need to work on. Please spent time to read through all the other parts to grab the main ideas of this research (research problem, research objectives, research questions...). You are more than welcome to add on your findings in the literature review (in short, it is about factors effect online customer service on website/ online purchase intention on website).
