I need to develop guidelines reflecting organisational policy and procedures to be used for conducting research. These guidelines for research must provide information and guidance under the following headings:

o OHS (WHS)

o Data privacy

o Staff involvement

o KPIs

o Quality of data

i understand the OHS and data privacy points but am unsure about the others??
