Hinduism mainly refers to a religious cultural belief that is majorly found in South Asia. The Vedic region where this religion mainly developed from. The ultimate reality of Hinduism is therefore one of the concepts that is seen in the religion and it mainly comprises of Brahma.  Brahma is defined as the supreme spirit which is cosmic in nature and is further defined as being central in the philosophies of Hindus.

Form the above definition, one can clearly see that Brahman has been described as the ultimate reality with some of its characteristics being incorporeal, infinite, indivisible, consciousness and infinite. In addition, Brahman is seen to incorporate knowledge that exists and is seen to be absolute in its existence. This is mainly seen in the way there is constant change in the universe. It is also seen that Brahman exists alone.

The two aspects that exist in Brahman include immanent and transcendent. Under the transcendent nature, some of the characters include the absence of sexual attributes and name. With regard to the aspect of immanent, Brahman is seen to contain all of the above characteristics.

Brahman in the transcendent form was termed as ‘it’ by the Upanishads who mainly appeared in many forms with some of the conditions mainly relating to space and time hence the manifestation of God-like features. These include the characteristics of being the universe’s destroyer, preserver and creator. In Hindu, there are many other facets of Godheads which relate to Brahman and they mainly include Brahma, Durga, Vishnu, and Shiva. This therefore shows how the many facets mentioned combine and form one god hence the appearance in a cosmic and more advanced way.
