Students should discuss the evolution of the U.S. health care system, how this has affected policy development, and how styles of management affect the operation of health care organizations including an aging workforce, cost of employee turnover, and how technology affects quality of staff as well as the effects of systems, critical policies, and public interest on successful management.
This is a broad topic, however, try to focus primarily on policies that have been created by the government such as how health insurance has evolved, to include Medicare and Medicaid.
