No citation needed, sice it's your own thoughts and opinions from the topic, It is important to NOT cope or explane the thoughts and opinions of the book or other peaple (t's your own thoughts and opinions). need it in 20 hours. 

The assignment instructions  :

In or class we have a Discussion Board in Blackboard were we discuss different topics. Some student can start a topic to talk about and we have to respond to it. In the attached file is the topice that I want you to respond to. Also I will give you some of what the other students responses (just to give you an  Idea). The are two topics. Every respond needs to be 200 word.
