You are to write a 3 page double spaced paper in 12 point font, 1/2 inch margins.

The Subject will be : Business Entities

In the paper you are to describe and evaluate the types of Business entities, their differences, and the reasons for choosing one over the other.

Be thorough, very succinct  and to the point.

Do not cut and paste or copy from the book or other individuals as VeriCite applies to this  assignment and will catch all plagiarism.

You may use end-notes to give credit to anyone or anything that  you cite and it will not count against  the number of pages for this assignment.

You are to submit only on Canvas and do not put  your name on the paper. It will be reviewed anonymously by two of your peers using the Written Communications Rubric.  If assigned to do a Peer Review only add substantive comments to help improve the paper ("good job" or "bad job" are not substantive comments).

Once your paper has been  peer reviewed you will submit it for grading by the instructor in the section titled   "Assignment #1A- Submission to Instructor for Grading."

If  you do not submit your paper for peer review  I  will not grade any submission for this assignment or  Assignment #1A.

You will have to return to this page within 24 hours after  you have submitted  your paper to  access the peer reviews that have been assigned to you.

You may make any changes that  you think appropriate based on the peer reviews before submitting it to me.
