Note: you are going to create an article that the editor of the company newsletter will use in their next publication. Company newsletters are to and for the employees of the company. The Leadership Template, referenced above, is only for helping you gather the information. You will not be submitting this. The newsletter templates, referenced below, are different than the information gathering one just mentioned. You have to find a real newsletter template.

After gathering the information using the Leadership Newsletter Template above, use a newsletter template of your choice (simpler ones will be easier for you to use and me to grade), complete the following requirements using the information you gathered and the material covered in the class to date. MS Word has a number of very good templates that should be easy to use. #6 on the information gathering template also lists some internet sites with newsletter templates.

Create a 1,050- to 1,400-word company newsletter (formats may vary depending upon company's style; check the internet or Microsoft® Word for templates) by incorporating the following areas: •Develop a profile of this individual that can be submitted to a company's newsletter using the Leadership Newsletter Template provided to gather the information.•Identify the individual, their position within the company, and briefly describe the organization.•Interpret the individual's leadership based on the Five-Factor personality model and offer one or more examples of the management and leadership roles of this individual.•Explain one incident where this individual had to solve a difficult problem or situation because things did not go as planned. What lessons did they learn.•What lessons did you learn from this interview about being able to problem-solve even when what you have been taught does not work.
