QUESTION

How did World War I help to bring about the Russian Revolution?

Some of the people in Russia because of poverty wanted to get out of WW1 and help the country grow again because at the time it looked like the Allies were going to lose.

There were many reasons for a revolution in Russia. One reason for the revolution in Russia was because of economic problems, there was a distinct classification between the rich and the poor, who were the main class in Russia. The poor were becoming poorer because of World War One and the funding towards the war instead of the country itself. In addition to not helping the poor, due to the horrible economy there were many food shortages as well which angered the poor and now hungry majority of Russia. These angered citizens started rebelling then along with them the military started rebelling after the tsar telling them to fire into the crowds of their own people
