While sexual harassment is devastating to individual employees, there are many reasons leadership should consider seeking to do anything about sexual harassment. Sexual harassment can impact both the organization as a whole and the leadership individually and personally. Leadership can be held liable personally if an employee can prove that leadership did not take action to improve an environment where sexual harassment is perceived.
