how does your firm deal with issues of intellectual property and ethics? Here is a scenario that I have come across; an employee in a very rich entrepreneurial environment designs a product that creates new revenues for the organisation, however, his remuneration does not reflect the accomplishment and neither is there any recognition of the employee's successful and innovative idea yet the organisation reaps the rewards. The employee is frustrated to the point of resignation.
