I am in need of a well concised paper using the three references listed only. The paper is 5,000 words with an Abstract of 250 words. I need an Introduction, Body, Conclusion and a Reference page. The paper must be well written, and proper grammar is  a must. Please form the paper with a Running Head, Title page APA

The 3 references should be the only 3 references used in the paper. The paper can have no other references. If it is not common knowledge then the paper has to be cited from the three references. If statistics are used such as numbers and % it must be from the original three references that I selected and no others. Please see attach files before forming the paper.
