Hy, I have to make poster for subject of human resource managment. Topic: Design a poster to explain the strategies that can be used to manage shortage of employees. I have uploaded rubrics - grading criteria I have uploaded instructions , we have to follow every step over there. And there is a slide containing headings and subheadings you need to use that  to frame the poster and go through those instructions exactly follow that.Page 1 : cover page ( uploaded here use it) page 2 : poster itslef page 3: reference page (word).(strictly APA 7) atleast 10 references If you use professor ppt for explaination  you need to cite that as well . I have attached it (chapter 3)You need to use headings and subheadings from the ppt which is mentioned in the instructions and include below information for each 1. definition 2.example of any Canadian company3. Supporting data / impact of that strategy4.
