I am a little lost on what to do from this point.

I am a little lost on what to do from this point. from what I can tell i have compiled the data in an appropriate way, but I am lost on how to properly explain the comparison and descriptions using descriptive statistics. I feel as if the question is unclear or maybe I am just not understanding it properly. Attached is the full question along with the data with my found mean, standard deviation, and confidence interval, along with some graphs I made to compare the means and standard deviations.
