I am a student of Masters in Public Administration at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Hi! I am a student of Masters in Public Administration at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. In my subject "Research I", I was tasked to submit an abstract or introduction of any two research / thesis topics that is related to my work. By the way, i am a government employee.

Can you please help me in constructing an abstract, introduction and a good title for the following topics, to wit:

1. More strict implementation or disciplinary action as a solution to the worsening traffic problem in the Philippines; and
2. Bureau of Internal Revenue to embrace the four-day-work week system or the compressed working hours?
