I am creating a power point presentation for my quantitative methods and analysis class and I have to create several slides in which I would ask potential customers of a new location to list quantitative and qualitative aspects....atmosphere, menu, ect. I understand that qualitative is a non numerical measurement and that quantitative is a numerical measurement. The project is requring us to pick a restaurant in new york city that already has a michelin star and the new restaurant would be a casual dining restaurant. I am having trouble getting started. I've picked Marea an italian seafood restaurant. What should be my first step?
