Conclusion:

Capital Punishment does not only impact the offenders given the death penalty but it affects the families of the offenders, their victims’ families, and tax payers. Although there have been many debates throughout the United States on it efficiency and effectiveness, one thing that is agreed upon is the long process that states must provide to make sure offenders are given their due process.
