I am experiencing an issue with ClustalW in R studio. I executed a code originally and it worked fine. Now, I am getting an error that the clustalw command can not open my input file along with: Warning message:

running command '"C:/Users/Paige/Desktop/clustalw2.exe" new.fas' had status 65535 

I am new to R so I don't know what is going on and what any of this means if I did not change anything that I had done in the first place.
