I am in Devry Keller Graduate School of Management and am in HRM 530 Human Resource Information Systems 62224 and the week 6 assignment is a Human Resource Metrics Paper. It asks what various types and categories of HR metrics a company should use and I have all of that. The part I'm stuck on is I then have to discuss the various public or private sources of comparative HR metrics data and what sources I'd recommend for a mid-sized company. I've been trying to figure this out for days, do you have any suggestions? Thank you
