I am in need of structuring a brief for the Court of Appeals that must have exhibits. The brief is about continuus retaliation after a wrongful termination. I had a helper but my request to see the work many times were gnored. I can see if he is willing to allow me to pay for whatever he did so far. If not, we will probably have to start over. I just feel like something is not right.
