for iii I set up the given information... phat= 0.10 then..... I'm not sure how to find P from that. 

iv.... because I was just told in iii that the phat is .10 this leads me to believe that since there were 300 participants ...then they should have meet their goal of at least 30 universal donors bc that would be 10% of the total participants... correcT?
