I am preparing project charter for my Operations Management class. I want to implement a business analytics SW to help the business to be more forward looking and to drive a better quality reporting. How do I measure the finanncial benefit? I believe it will help us to make better decisions within our regions and with our distributors. This business sells to Latin America via distributors. it's a multi-million dollar business and sells consumer goods products. It's a new way to look at sales data and also link them with other external market information. So how do I measure the benefit? I am not going to reduce a headcount, I am planning to spend some money on the implementation and monthly licence fees. Y=f(x)
