I am required to answer questions in Spanish. The attached document shows the questions I am to answer, followed

by my response in English, then followed by (what I hope) is the correct Spanish translation.  I am hoping that the Spanish translation is easy to understand and not a literal translation of my English version.  Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
