I am supposed to write this reflective essay for my Management University course. It is based on my experience after attending Dialogue in the dark, which is a workshop where we were led to do some activities in complete darkness and experience being blind.

So the question is,

How can I relate this experience to Management theories/concepts/issues/topics ?
