I really need help with this lab. I am totally unsure of how to do the calculations for question 2 near the bottom. I really just need help figuring out how to start start the calculations. Even offering a formula without my data would be helpful as I can do the math myself I just do not know where to begin!
I did the procedure part of the lab and the results are recorded here. My data from the procedure and the question I need help with are in bold.
Data: This includes all observations and questions posed to you
1. For your most exact titration, record the following:
Volume of NaOH solution in the burette at the start (mL): 50 ml
Volume of NaOH solution in the burette at the end (mL): 26.09ml in burette
Volume of NaOH solution delivered to the flask (mL): 23.91ml delivered
Volume of HCl solution in the flask (mL) 20.10 ml (including water and phenolphthalein)
10ml of HCl only
Flask volume was at the end: 31.26ml
2. Calculate the molarity of the HCl. Note: This calculation was covered in the video lectures in chapter 4 of this course. The title of the video is Titration. Remember to show all work and include units with every value.
